Set the same break limit for an entire class at once
Step 1: Select a class block from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Add students using one of three methods:
Step 3: Set individual max break times for each student (optional).
Step 4: If needed, change a student's passcode by clicking "Change a Student's Passcode" button.
Step 5: Click "Save Changes" to save your roster.
Step 6: Download and print passcodes using the "Download Passcode List" or "Download Passcode Cards" buttons for easy distribution to students.
đĄ Passcode Tip: Each student gets a unique 4-digit passcode generated from their name. You can download either a passcode list document or printable passcode cards to distribute to your students.
â° Break Time Management: Set individual max break times for each student. When exceeded, the screen flashes and students are notified upon return. Use the Settings menu to bulk change max break times for an entire class at once.
Step 1: Click "Create New Block" to add a new class period.
Step 2: Enter a name for your block (e.g., "Period 1", "Math Block A", etc.).
Step 3: Set the start and end times for when this class meets.
Step 4: Click "Save Changes" to save all your blocks.
đĄ Tip: Students can only sign out during the scheduled times you set for each block.
đ Multi-Block Students: If the same student is enrolled in multiple blocks, their break data will be automatically tracked and saved to the appropriate block based on the current time.
đī¸ New Semester: Delete old blocks and create new ones at the start of each semester to keep your data organized and prevent confusion with outdated class schedules.

Yes! This is ideal for shared classrooms. One teacher can "Share a Block" with another from the Class Blocks menu. The second teacher must then accept the request in their own Class Blocks menu. They can then launch their own student interface to track breaks for both their own students and the shared block simultaneously.
Note: This is for break tracking only. Each teacher must still log into their own account to manage their own rosters and settings.
Yes, you can! As a teacher, you have full control over the queue from your dashboard.
If you need to remove a student or sign someone back in manually, look for the "X" icon. There are two places where this is available:
These settings ensure that if a student forgets to sign back in or if you need to clear the queue for any reason, you can do so instantly.
